Noventra AI

Client portal · Included for every client

Your automation, in plain sight.

Every Noventra client gets a private portal: a calm, plain-English record of what your systems did, what was caught, and what needs your attention. No dashboard training. No jargon to decode.

01

Clear without training

Every update is written in plain business English. No node names, error codes, or platform terminology.

02

Nothing hidden

Every run is on the record: what happened, what was caught, and what it means for you. Errors included.

03

A direct contact

Your Noventra contact is one message away, and a written monthly report is added to the portal by us.

01 · Review

Judgment calls wait for you.

When a system encounters something that needs human judgment, such as a suspected duplicate or unusual request, only that item pauses and asks. The rest keeps running.

Approve or reject in two taps, from the portal or your email. Every decision is logged: who decided, what they chose, and when.

Duplicate order line on PO #4478

The same part (M8 flange bolt, qty 200) appears twice on this order from Danforth Marine. Approve if this is a genuine repeat order; reject and Noventra will query it with the customer.

02 · Run history

Every run, one honest sentence.

Each entry says what happened in plain business English. Even the errors: what was caught, what we are doing about it, and whether you need to act.

Filter by system or status, and click any run for the full story: what happened, the outcome, and when it started and finished.

03 · The human part

A named contact and a written monthly report.

You are not raising tickets with a vendor. You are messaging the people who run your systems, and reading their summary of the month.

Could the invoice reminders also copy in our new bookkeeper from next month?
Oliver · Noventra · Tue 15:47
Of course. Send over their address and we will have reminders copy them in from 1 August.

The quiet details
No passwords to manage

You sign in through a secure email link. It expires automatically, and requesting a new one takes one click. Only your authorised users can access your data.

Email is the fallback

Anything waiting on your decision also arrives in your inbox, with the same two-tap approve or reject. A portal outage never blocks you.

Honest about downtime

If the portal ever loses touch with your systems, it says so, plainly, at the top of the page. We would rather you know.

This is what working with Noventra looks like.

Tell us what eats your week. We will tell you, honestly, whether automation can take it off your hands.
