Most builds are billed monthly with no upfront cost. For larger custom systems where the first weeks involve substantial build and stabilization work, the first quarter may be paid upfront to cover build, stabilization, and early operational support. This is not a blanket rule, and the billing structure is always confirmed before any work begins.
