What kinds of automations do you build?

We build custom workflows for SMBs across communication, payments and collections, and customer success. Examples include AI inbox responders, invoice automations, onboarding sequences, and lead routing. Do I need any technical knowledge to use this?

Accepted Answer

No. We design, build, host, monitor, and maintain the workflows. You authorize access to your tools, then the system runs in the background. You don't need to write code, manage servers, or learn how the automation works under the hood.

Can I request a workflow that's not in your catalog?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The catalog is a starting point, not a limit. If you have a process you want automated and it isn't already documented, describe it in the discovery quiz and we'll evaluate whether we can build it.

Will this work with the tools we already use?

Accepted Answer

We can usually work with common business tools such as Gmail, Google Sheets, forms, CRMs, invoicing platforms, and other systems with API, email, webhook, or export support. If a tool is unusually restricted, we will say so during the discovery review. See the Integrations page for what's currently supported, or ask about a specific tool in the discovery quiz.

How is my data protected?

Accepted Answer

Data in transit and at rest is encrypted. We connect to your tools through OAuth where available, which authorizes access without exposing your passwords. Access is logged and scoped to what each workflow actually needs.

Question 6

Do you store our login credentials?

Accepted Answer

No. OAuth-based connections mean we never see or store passwords. For tools that require API keys, those credentials are stored encrypted and used only by the workflows that need them.

Question 7

What happens to our data if we cancel?

Accepted Answer

When the engagement ends, hosting and monitoring stop with it. We retain your build configuration for 14 days in case you decide to restart. After 14 days, we delete everything tied to your account.

Question 8

What happens if a workflow breaks?

Accepted Answer

Errors get logged and handled in the background. If something needs human attention, monitoring catches it and we address it as part of your engagement. You don't need to flag every issue manually, but you can email support anytime.

Question 9

Can we pause or change a workflow after launch?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Small adjustments and refinements are part of the engagement. For larger changes (new workflows or expanded scope), we'll quote that work separately. To pause a running workflow, just let us know.
