Who this program is for

This program is designed for professionals who already advise or operate within businesses and regularly encounter operational inefficiencies.

Typical partners include:

• Fractional COOs
• Chiefs of Staff
• Operations or systems consultants
• RevOps or CRM consultants
• IT consultants or MSPs
• Agencies that prefer not to deliver automation internally

Partners are not sales agents. You introduce clients only where automation or AI support is clearly valuable.

How the partnership works

• You introduce a client to Noventra AI where automation or AI support is a clear fit.
• Noventra AI handles qualification, scoping, delivery, and billing.
• You receive a recurring referral commission while the client remains active.

There are no sales targets, exclusivity requirements, or minimum volumes.

What counts as a referral

A referral is valid only when:

• The client is introduced by you before they have had direct commercial contact with Noventra AI.
• The introduction is made clearly in writing, such as an email introduction or forwarded message.

Referrals are not applied retroactively. If a client has already contacted Noventra AI directly, no referral applies.

Introductions must be made prior to any direct commercial discussion with Noventra AI.

Noventra AI reserves the right to decline referral attribution where the introduction did not materially contribute to the client relationship.

Commission structure

Referral commission is recurring, paid monthly, and tied only to active, paying clients.

The program uses progressive tiers, meaning higher rates apply only to clients above each threshold.

Monthly value and billing frequency

Referral commission is calculated as a percentage of the client’s effective monthly subscription value, regardless of billing frequency.

• For monthly plans, commission is based on the listed monthly price.
• For yearly plans, commission is based on the prorated monthly value (yearly price divided by 12).

Commission is paid monthly, even if the client pays annually.

Plan changes

• If a referred client upgrades their plan, your commission automatically increases.
• If a client downgrades, commission adjusts accordingly.
• If a client pauses or cancels, commission stops.
• If a client resumes later, commission resumes.

Commission always reflects the client’s active plan at the time of payment.

Payment terms

• Commission is calculated only on revenue actually received.
• Paid monthly.
• No commission is paid on unpaid or refunded amounts.
• All partnerships are governed by a simple referral agreement.

Program changes and termination

Either party may end the referral partnership at any time with written notice.

Commission will continue to be paid for active referred clients in line with the referral agreement.

What this program is not

• Not a reseller or white label arrangement.
• Not a sales role.
• Not exclusive.

Noventra AI remains client facing and fully responsible for delivery.
