Noventra AI

The partner portal · for every referral partner

Your referrals, fully in view.

Every active Noventra referral partner gets a private portal: a live, plain-English record of the clients you have introduced, what each one earns you, and exactly what you've been paid. No spreadsheets, no chasing.

01

Every client, on the record

See each business you have introduced, its monthly value, and the exact commission it earns you each month. No spreadsheet to reconcile.

02

The maths is always shown

Your rate is built from progressive bands, and the portal shows the working: how many clients sit in each band, and what that blends to overall.

03

Paid monthly, on revenue received

Commission is calculated only on revenue actually received, and paid every month, even when a client pays for the year up front.

01 · Your clients

The clients you introduced, in one place.

Each business you have referred appears the day it goes active, with its monthly value and the commission it earns you.

When a client upgrades, your commission on them rises automatically. If they pause or cancel, it stops, and resumes if they come back.

First 5 clients at 10%£140.00
Clients 6 to 7 at 12.5%£95.00
Blended rate this month10.88% · £235.00

A higher rate applies only to the clients above each threshold, never to everyone at once.

02 · Your rate

See exactly how your rate is built.

Commission runs in three progressive bands: 10% for your first five active clients, 12.5% for the next five, and 15% beyond ten.

The breakdown shows the working, so the number is never a mystery: how many clients sit in each band, what each band pays, and what it all blends to.

03 · Getting paid

One payout a month, itemised.

Commission is paid monthly, on revenue actually received, whatever the client's billing frequency. Every payout is listed with the amount and the date it was sent.

June 2026£220.00Paid 3 Jul 2026
May 2026£205.00Paid 3 Jun 2026
April 2026£150.00Paid 3 May 2026

No commission is paid on unpaid or refunded amounts. All partnerships are governed by a simple referral agreement.

The quiet details
How a referral counts

An introduction counts when it is made in writing, before the client has spoken to us directly. Nothing is applied retroactively.

Your rate follows the client

Upgrades lift your commission automatically; pauses and cancellations stop it; a return brings it back. The portal always reflects the current monthly value.

No targets, no exclusivity

There are no sales quotas, minimums, or lock-ins. You introduce a client only where automation is a clear fit.

Introduce one client. Watch the rest unfold.

Tell us who you work with. We will tell you, honestly, whether Noventra is a fit, and open your private partner portal as soon as you're on board.
